NIKE AIR MAX SHOE BOX MADE OF RECYCLED MATERIALS

Just when you thought all the Air Max Day news was done, Nike have partnered with Taiwanese architect and engineer Arthur Huang for a unique, planet friendly Project. The Air Max shoe box is a responsibly sustainable package made entirely of recycled drink containers and lids. The box was naturally released on Air Max Day specifically for the Air Max 1 Royal. The unique interlocking design makes it easy to stack multiple boxes for display and/storage purposes. The shoe box is split diagonally in half to keep the shoes or whatever you decide to store, safely in place. Lastly, the small holes in the crate allow for you thread rope through to re-work as a backpack. The versatility of the box has us curious as to how people/artists/designers will re-purpose it, especially after peeping Arthur Huangs Nike Lab Air Max pop-up
