KAPPA KONTROLL ‘SIDEWALK EDITORIAL’
For their 2017 Summer collection Kappa Kontroll have given us fresh take on the lookbook paradigm. The ‘Sidewalk Editorial’ tells the story of three young, stylish friends hanging out maxin’, relaxin’ all cool on the streets of London. The photos fittingly serve to flex the vibe of the collection which thinly tows between moody and vibrant. The range employs iconic sportswear silhouettes through retro driven soccer kits, sweat pants, polos, hoodies and tees. More than anything the line really proves Kappa’s done a a solid job of rehashing templates from their extensive archives by making them refreshingly versatile, relevant and cool.
